    BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Since you have to ask, you're probably not on one. And since you're not on one, that means no SRP ID.

    Are you still trying to get enterprise Docs to Go or is this something else?

    If you're not on a BES, you don't have a SRP ID. If you're not on a BES you can't get enterprise Docs to Go working.
