What is the "Restricted to RIM internal devices only" error when trying to access Blend?

I downloaded Blackberry Blend to my Mac, and why I try to connect, this is the error I am getting. BlackBerry Link does work wired and wireless.
I have tried wired and wireless both. Am I overlooking something?

This error is a canned response to the following situation:
Blackberry Blend is not running on your phone even though you have OS 10.3+

When Blend starts up on your phone, the first thing it checks is:
1. Do you have one of the 190 special developer PINs? If so, you're in!
2. Do you have a Porsche 9983 or Passport? If so, you're in!
3. If you're not in, Blend will exit now. Goodbye.

As you can see, Blend is exclusive to Passport and Porsche 9983 for now.
