Hi there, I'm considering selling my Z10 in order to get more money for the priv, I would like to know what previsions should I take besides a factory restore, removal of the SIM card and decryption and removal of the SD card; Should I do something about the PIN? Thx in advance.

The pin for the BlackBerry I believe is to be left for the buyer. You cannot remove it. What you need to do is a security wipe and factory restore. Take your SIM out and the use card out, too

If you're on 10.3.2 make sure to turn off BlackBerry Protect

Actually I'd do a factory restore and then a wipe.... seen a lot of folks with security wipes that are taking too long. Especially if the OP has encryption. And as moegh said... turn off BlackBerry Protect and check the protect.blacberry.com site to make sure it's off.
