I have a 9930 with an 8gb memory card. I was having some trouble with it so moved all of my pictures and videos to my pc. It gave me about another G of memory but still said my memory is 57% full with "other" being the cause of it. 2 hours later and im down another .5 in my memory card memory. I don't understand what can be using up so much memory. I cleared my whatsapp logs. downloads.... I have few apps installed. Any advice?

if its on your memory card, just move your files over and wipe it. also look for thumbnails of pics and such cuz that will add to the amount which you can delete.

Hmmm. maybe you should take the card out of your phone, put it in a PC and copy over your "good" things you want to save and then reformat the card on the PC and then put it in the phone and format there. Then you can move your saved items back. Directories and files being created on your SD card, without your knowledge is not a good thing. On an SD card, YOU create the folders, etc.....
