What is the most stable version of BB10.3 for blackberry Q5?

I have upgraded to OS 10.2 when it was officially released last, but my phone is acting weird, it swaps the numbers in the phonebook and does some other crazy things. I want to reload the entire OS and thinking of taking it to next OS level. Can anyone help me with the road-map to achieve this?
is there a place to download such autoloader with installation instructions?

    - the latest one is the most stable (10.3.1.2072)
    - your contact list must be merging names automatically
    - the road map is in one of the many threads on 10.3.1 autoloaders
    - yes, there is a place - right where you are (right beside the ask a question button)
    - 10.3 is for PP and Classic, 10.3.1 is for rest of the devices
