What just happened....
I was playing an android bmx game on my phone and I had 40% battery and then it said turning off device randomly and wouldn't turn back on for a while because it gave the charging low battery sign
Then when I turn it back on it has 20% battery, but the battery won't go up or down even though I have it on a charger

Also when it was turning on after a while of waiting it was automatically one hundred percent done the start up

Happened to me once. All I did was a battery pull and left it out for 10 minutes. Fixed my problem

It's possible the phone got too hot and shut off to protect itself.
Especially if it's a z10, for some reason those get hot as hell.

The battery got got and the phone has been eating a lot of power. This lead to a lower voltage of the battery and the phone has estimated that it is close to being fully drained with your current usage. After all cooled down, the voltage of your battery increased again....
