    I am thinking of using the Reload Device Software option through Link as my Z10 hasn't been running smooth lately. If I do this can anyone tell me what happens to my phone? Will I lose anything ( Apps, Text Messages, Emails, BBM convos, Pics etc ) Should I leave my SD Card in or should I remove it? I did a full backup on Link last night is there anything else I should do? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated Thank you

    It will wipe your phone completely and reset it to its original factory settings.
    At least it will do so to the latest available OS version

    As long as your SD card is not encrypted, you will be fine.

    There is nothing else you need to do than what you have already done
