    Was talking to a friend, we had lots of difficulties with the app freezing, after uninstalling and reinstalling the status went from available to N/A. I have not been able to reach my friend after that. Any ideas what's going on?

    Which app was freezing?
    What device(s) and OS' were involved?

    We need more info to help... your post is very one-sided.

    However, generally speaking, "N/A" normally stands for "Not Available".
    If you and your friend were using some communication app, and your friend's device crashed/bricked or they deleted the app, they would most likely then show as Not Available on your end.
