    I tried doing a security wipe on my z30 and after a long delay, it returned the message www.bberror.co/bb10-0015.

    You need to reload the operating system through link. Happened to me before.

    That also happened to my Z10 after my daughter pulled the battery during a security wipe ( she borrowed phone) link did not work for me I had to reload software off of blackberry internet site and it took many attempts.
