    so I called BB, horrible English..... then they gave me a number to call to check my order 1 866 957 0761. HORRIBLE ENGLISH again... anyways 10 mins into the call she makes no sense on to what is happening and just says we are waiting on the shipper to acknowledge that it was received, she said we don't know anything until it delivers. Anybody else call them and get a better response? Ill never order off BB again.

    It means it's lost in logisitics for now, it'll turn up soon as someone required to scan it for tracking does so.

    You didn't order from BlackBerry, and yes Digital River is a known user of "oversees" support.

    It sounds like they have processed the order and are waiting for the shipping company to pick up the order and beginning the external tracking process. But that's just a guess...
