    I've been able to download and upload whatsapp voice notes and images on my blackberry, but recently can only download and not upload. When I try uploading I receive a message saying "couldn't upload media. Unable to open connection." How do I fix this?

    Try rebooting your phone, and if that doesn't work, do a soft reset (the volume buttons thing....)

    If you still don't have any joy, check that you are using the latest version of WhatsApp

    However, it would be really useful when asking the question that you have....
    .... to actually state which phone you have and with what version of the OS!
