    i have a z10 devices and the update process has stopped at 98 % since last 5 hours. this has happened for the second time since i started the update process. it has been more than 48 hours since the device has been stuck up in this update process.

    I would download the autoloader and unzip the file, cable to my PC, close Link and run the autoloader exe. After the install you can restore your backup.
