[CrackBerry Question]

yesterday i was about to wipe out my z10 with approximately 60 percent charge remaining. After a while during wipe out i've seen an error message it was not working anymore. I searched on google for help and tried with the given link. i installed bblink on my pc and followed the instruction as mentioned. I reload my device and software updates downloaded 100%. But during installation in shows the same error message on my device. I don't know what to do now?
N.B. i've done the same twice. i also tried to update the software with previously downloaded auto loader for os10.3. It shows the same error message .
Please help.

How I did it :

Just Believe me, Ok, just now my Z10 has reset by the BlackBerry Link
Steps:
1. Connect the device with PERFECTLY WORKING data cable
2.MAIN : In the BlackBerry Link there should be written CONNECTED (below your BlackBerry Id or device name) If it is DISCONNECTED, connect it hundreds and thousands times and bring there CONNECTED
3. Click the RELOAD button . That's it.


(Clam down Its BlackBerry and not happens to BlackBerry )

Please try the above steps I have in the same trouble approx 1 month ago..

yes my device was connected and software update was downloaded 100%. Since i don't have the default data cable, i used another PERFECTLY WORKING data cable. but, it was not working.
