    The choices pretty much explain themselves.

    Forward all Calls * Nothing to explain there.
    Forward if Busy * if your phone is on another call it will forward
    Forward If Not Reachable * you have no cell connection
    Forward If No Reply * Phone rings what ever times and forwards.
