STA100-3 and STA100-5 are very good options.
I use STA100-2 but it has 4G and LTE setbacks for some carriers

It bother me for a while, but I don't really know the differences between these models. A z30 is a z30 no?

You need to figure out which model is the most compatible with your carrier.
