Just got new job and job email with it. I want to add work email in hub, but I don't know what data I need to make it running (except user/pass of course). IT guys never saw BlackBerry, so need help to tell them what data they need to give me.

BB10 is pretty flexible. You need to ask them what type of email system they use and then choose the appropriate type of account in Add Account on your Z10.
Usually you would need your username/password and maybe server host. Just give it a try and if you run into needing additional info, you can ask for the details.
If they tell you it's xyz system, you might need to confirm it works with BB10, but give it a try first.
