Is it possible to deploy some internal information from our company over work-space?
We want to set up an short FAQ on the device how employees could get help if there is some problem with the connection.
Is there a way to write a text message into each work-space or is it nessesary to create a own app who can manage this/How to?

BB 10/BES 10 does not offer such features.

You can write an app and deploy that. It can contain either static content, or you could let it download it from an internal source and periodically check for updated content. I will however require the users to open it once in a while (it has to be done prior to connection problems).
