I am deciding to use pay-as-you-go data for BIS service because least amount of blackberry data per month. Phone is a 8100 running OS 4.5.
Will having 2 MB per month just for BIS push email service be sufficient for a light user?

Define light
Blackberry Passport running 10.3.1.2267
2MB?
That's... very less.
How about you use an online data calculator to calculate the approximate data limit based on your usage?
man I could get 1 attachment alone that would use 2 mb and then some
Where did you get a 8100 from? And which carrier offers 2mb? Even on BIS, that's nothing.
2mb:
Attachment 332878
I'm probably in over my head again because I never have used BIS. But on my old 8330, I never used cellular data, not even one KB. I checked my Email via the web browser.
Now with that said, over where I am presently, paygo data runs about $.05 to $.06 per Mb so I would think 100Mb of data would not break the bank and might even be sufficient for your needs..
He/ She might mean GB not MB

I also considered the possibility, but since he mentioned 8100 and OS4.5 I kinda ruled the typo out.
That makes sense. I was too busy looking for a picture of crumbs to think of that.
