As long as your sending back to Blackberry for warranty work yes it would be.
But when I was in India, when my Q10 bought from UAE got a trouble and took india BlackBerry service centre, they said they cant give me warranty service coz it was out of country purchase. I tried to get a service number of BlackBerry to confirm this. But I was not able to figure out one till today. So thought I will post it here and get some help. I would be happy to get the number in Germany. Coz I will be in Germany for longer time than in india further.

I don't think BB offers international warranty. The best thing to do would be to contact ShopBB EU/DE and finding out for yourself.
I badly wanted to contact BlackBerry de. But not getting any contact details. Do u have any to share?
