around 1.5 month ago, my bb z10 got some battery issue...and i've took it to their service center (of HCL INFOSYSTEM for bb in ghaziabad)
on 31/07/14...after 10 days they told me that the phone have some chip problem and i'll got a new phone...and after that day whenever
i call they said me"Sir, we don't have stock and we'll inform you"...so should i wait for next few months or i register a case on them..!!

BB call center told me to send the phone to Digital River in Plainfield Indiana, if you look out for the phone number they do not exist. Is a scam.
