    Downloaded most recent software update - 10.2.1.2977 and now I don't hear my phone ring, it's like the phone is on mute. Turned it off thought that my fix it, doesn't. Doo anyone have any ideas on how to solve my problem.

    Have you tried a reboot? Hold down both volume buttons until the BlackBerry logo shows up.
