    Hi everyone,

    I haven't found anything here or by Google search of anyone else experiencing this but surely I can't be the only one?

    Since I did the 10.3.1 upgrade on my Z30 I can't play any videos from the Videos app. I can hear sound but the Display is just black. Even videos that I recorded on the phone want play. They play fine from the Camera app but not from Videos. Any suggestions or ideas?

    i think i've seen this issue a while back the guy was saying something about a button on right upper corner ,if not play with it a little it's something minor

    Thanks for the reply! I played around with it for about an hour now. I can't find any settings or anything to change. There are two buttons, one bottom right and one bottom left, but neither of them have anything that helps. Even swiping down from the top only has Help.

    I found that I can also play videos from the File Manager, so I guess it isn't really a crisis, and like you said it has to be something minor, but its irritating to not be able to play videos from inside the new Videos app that seems to be pretty cool.

    Okay, this is very strange. I changed the view from Date to Library, and then the videos played. When I switched back to Date they still worked. So I don't know exactly what it was but it seems to be sorted now...

    Thanks, I had the same issue with my Z10 after updating. The solution of changing the "arrange by" order worked.
