    Why videos doesn't play through video section, sound plays but screen remains black while playing

    What resolution is the video?
    What frame rate is the video?

    Z10 running Official 10.3.1.2576 and videos are in 3gp/mp4 format with various sizes and when I open its properties it doesn't open even but videos runs if I choose them to play through different path (File Manager)

    Get yourself on 10.3.2, 10.3.1 had some issues with the video player
