    When I try to play videos from my laptop on my Z30 using File Manager, I keep getting the "file is not supported" error. I've tried xvid, avi and mkv which are all supported file types.

    Could it be the OS I'm running? Z30STA100-3/10.3.1.1154 seems to work great otherwise.

    I also tried transferring one of the files via USB and got the same unsupported error when trying to play. That was an mkv file.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    i always convert my videos to 3gp or mp4 to play on my phone.
