Hi, I have an issue with my vibration on my BlackBerry Q10. The vibrating setting is on for all calls, alerts and applications but it's not vibrating. I noticed this when my alarm was ringing and no vibration occurred. Kindly explain to me if this is a hardware problem on my phone.

Install BlackBerry Virtual Expert and go through the tests and let us know

I've downloaded the Virtual Expert and I went through all the test. The vibration test I gave it a fail more than three times. I've submitted all the tests I've done but my vibration is still not working.

I dont know about that, it may be a hardware or software problem. Are you using a leak os? Try wiping then update os, it that didn't work maybe its a hardware.

Now you know there is a fault.. try a hard reset, if it didn't work wipe and check
