[CrackBerry Question]

I just got a new BlackBerry Z3. It looks beautiful but i am having a problem with it already

Some of my contacts who use Viber won't appear on my Viber list (and Whatsapp) as well. I would not find out if I didn't messsage with one of my contact (called A). All of a sudden, I opened Viber and that contact (in my chat log) is displayed NOT by my contact's name but contact's number (digits).

I went to to the list and found out that a number of contacts using Viber disappeared (only 20 contacts left), then I tried to update but nothing happened. I restarted Blackberry Z3, and got more Viber contacts (49 now), but my contact A is still not on the list.

It is just so weird. And It seems to happen with Whatsapp as well.
Anyone has experienced the same problem and has a solution for it?

It's not a problem with BlackBerry Z3, actually is it problem with Viber in BlackBerry OS10.

Is there even an official Viber app for BB? If it's a ported version, then I'd completely understand your predicament.
