    There were 2 updates on Google play store one was viber. Updated it both, the other successfully updated but the viber didn't and was deleted automatically. Now I can't seem to install viber on my BlackBerry classic. The message unable to install app shows when trying to install. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    hold both volume keys to do a hard reset,

    if viber is there when it reboots, delete the app, than hard reset again, followed up by going to file manager - downloads - installing the viber apk

    if viber isn't there, than proceed with installing the apk
