    How can I get my contacts synchronized in Viber? Was in the old version and worked perfect. Now all is empty.

    Yeah reinstall and download the latest version from snap or cobalt's play store or get the apk everything works great even calls and video calls

    It didn't. Zooming out just fixes any display issues esp for Q10's screen ratio.

    It's ridiculous because what was working on 10.2.1 must work on 10.3.1 too without any problem... BlackBerry done a really cr@p job with this update! I think the mian reason for this update the ui and not the functionality as it has a hundreds of bugs and issues which shouldn't be there...
    Ps. I don't use Viber but I'm missing print to go, London buses live timetable, paypal, etc...

    The latest version from Snap works fine on my Q10 though. The notification part is definitely better than 4. 3.3, surprisingly. I don't need the app to be active to be alerted for incoming Viber calls and messages.

    After you delete Viber to reinstall, go to Snap and delete the APK as well. Restart Snap and download Viber from fresh. This should work.
