    Looking for some help - I just ported my phone to Cricket and my group MMS and MMS is not working. I'm able to send MMS but not receive MMS. 4G LTE and text work fine.

    I don't have any access to change the MMS settings in advanced and i'm not able to change my APN. Thanks for the help.

    Yes APN setting are what is probably needed here. Usually those are set by the SIM card check with your carrier make sure you have the correct SIM card.

    Go to Hub>Settings>Text Messages>MMS>Advanced (the little sliders in the black bar) and see if the values match these:
    APN: ndo
    Username: blank
    Password: blank
    MMSCURL: http://mmsc.aiowireless.net
    Proxy URL: proxy.aiowireless.net

    If this doesn't work, chat with/call Cricket and tell them you are BYOD and want to activate a new phone. Then tell them it's an Android phone.
