I created an extensive database of my CD collection using Docs To Go on my Blackberry tablet. Is there a way of transferring the database to use on my Android tablet?

What kind of "database"? An "xls" file maybe?

Yes Doc to Go is available on Android.
Generally most file types that Docs to Go uses, are able to be opened by many other office suites.

Shouldn't be a problem. A two dimensional spreadsheet "database" can be exported or imported as a formatted .XLS (Excel) file or as a tab or comma delimited plain text (.TXT) file.

Assuming your file is not too large you could simply email it to yourself. You could also transfer it to and from a computer over USB or use a free cloud storage service such as Dropbox.

With an Android device you also have the option of using real Microsoft Office apps as well, which have a much wider range of formatting and data sorting options than anything in Docs to Go.
