    There are very few apps and the biggest storage is BBM at 211.7MB. The BB Z30 gets very hot and the charge doesn't last for more than 3-4 hours at most. What is causing this?

    My BBZ30 is around 2 years old and running on BBOS 10.3.2.2836. I have never experienced my device overheating and full charges always last at least 6 hours, depending on how much I use it.
    I'd say make sure that you're using the charger that came with your device as that greatly affects the charge. Also try updating your device if you haven't already.
