    Should I do factory reset using the "blackberry" password? I haven't bought a used device before and wanted to see if this is the route I should take. Thanks.

    Depending what OS the used device is on, make sure you turn off BlackBerry Protect first. If it's on 10.3.2 and protect isn't turned off, it will require you to sign in with the original BBID which is the person you bought it from.

    I was asking prior to seeing the device (Z10), I had ordered it while on vacation and it dawned on me that I may want to wipe it and start over. This came from a business and it looks like it was wiped clean. Thanks for the info!
