[CrackBerry Question]

after I upgraded my BB Q 10 to 10.3.2 I have not been able to auto generate work email address as it used to come earlier.
every time I type an email address it shows/suggests personal emails like Hotmail/Facebook etc.
no work related email is showing unless I click lookup option.
while lookup works for the email address in outlook,new email not saved are not being suggested automatically(previously the same was available and very helpful)

how did you do the upgrade? OTA or manually?
