Can I safely update my Z10 OS to 10.3 using TMobile as the provider?

I'm not on tmobile, but as they officially support os10.3.2 now, I don't see why not.

There's a recent t-mo OS update that was sent OTA to the Classic and which included wifi-calling. If you want to update to 10.3.2, you must use this one or you will pooch WFC. It's here:

Apparently they don't. I can't get my T-Mobile Z10 (STL100-3) past 10.2.1.2156.

I suspect this is because updating requires more effort on T-Mobile than others, because of how T-Mobile wifi calling works and has to be integrated into the OS. I'm guessing they just did not spend the money to approve the 10.3 update for Z10.

The Z10 & Q10 are, essentially at the end of their run. Loading the OS yourself is no big deal.
