    I have an unlocked Tellus bold 9900 that worked fine until I received the "app error 200" message this morning. Only have white screen w/ message on it. When I reboot by taking battery out it shows loading but never does & returns to the white error message screen.
    I have blackberry desktop manager & also downloaded the TELLUS update 7.1 for the bold 9900 but can't get either to do anything.
    This is my 4th blackberry in 1 month.....HELP PLEASE
