    I updated my bbm 2 days ago, immediately after installation, I noticed that all the pictures in all my 5 bb group chats were erased.
    In addition to this, I stopped receiving notifications of new comments in the groups, I only see this comments after I click the group. What is the problem?

    Similar issue here after updating BBM on my Z10. My groups seem to all be affected. Odd.

    Tried to turn Instant preview of/on and nothing happened, I only receive led notification

    The only workaround I've been able to implement is to leave the group and get re-added by someone. That restores the group and notifications on my Z10. A few of my buddies have had the same thing happen following the BBM update.

    I am facing the problem where my group chats will not store any messages. If someone sends a message, I can't see it. The chat history is blank. My normal chats are working just fine. Is anyone else having this problem?

    I have a Passport on 10.3.1.x and have no issues (yet I only have one Group Chat) - and yes, I updated to the new BBM a couple of days ago (and the previous BBM update was pretty recent too - probably in the last 3-6 weeks)

    Shabbs also has similar 10.3.1.x - but has a Z10 - how many Group Chats do you have Shabbs?

    I'm wondering if this BBM Issue is dependent on Handset, OS, or current number of Group Chats?

    Yep. That was my issue. Only solution was to leave the groups and get re-added. One group had to get re-created entirely as none of us could re-add anyone.

    This all happened after the BBM update.

    Well, there's a BBM update out this morning. I suspect this is to fix the issues that have popped up. May want to give it an update.

    With the update, all of my groups that were corrupted since my last device/bbm swap, got restored properly.
