    I am using BlackBerry z10 and trying to upgrade the OS to 10.3. It fails every time at 97% of step2 of 2. It says upcoming is been interrupted. I have tried about 6 times until now every time it says the same thing. I am not sure what's going on. Can somebody please help in this?
    Currently I am using the OS version 10.2.1.3***
