If you're on the latest OS which is 2639 you shouldn't be getting any updates. Unless it's one of those 33mb or so updates.

So from what I've noticed every time you try to download that update it saves it into system storage and eventually you'll run out of storage. So I'd stop trying.
Use link to do a reload or get an autoloader.

Ah I see, what if I reduced the items on the storage to create space?

You can't erase the downloads, they are in protected media folder. And the data will sit in there and hog system storage it doesn't need. You'll have 9gigs of wasted storage soon. Your best option is to use an autoloader.

Thanks so much, one more question though, do you have any idea where I can get a working autoloader?

I am having the same issue. Blackberry ******* sucks if there is no proper solution to this issue.

I have a Q5 too. Updating OTA is the downside to having so little device memory.

Backup with Link, reload OS or use autoloader, then restore with Link.

Clean installations are always preferable of course.
