Hi! I tried to update my BlackBerry using that program used to update before my carrier gives the update (I can't remember the name) and at about 80 percent it failed to update. Now all the space I cleared out on my phone is no longer available. How do I delete the failed update files?

A hard reset (both volume buttons until reboot) should clear it.

Still didn't clear. I have a recent backup, so I'll just factory restore and see if that works

If you're going to do that, then why don't you use the latest autoloader instead of whatever old stuff your carrier is offering?

Good idea, I will do that. Didn't get the chance yesterday. I use my phone for work, so it's hard to give it any downtime, even just an hour or two
