    After downloading this update on my q10...the installation has twice stopped on around 92%..saying update failed..my WiFi sub is wasting,wat really is happening

    You may be running out of space on your device. Try updating using Link instead.

    BlackBerry Link is a program for managing your BB10 devices on a PC....download, install. open and connect your bb10 via usb cable to the pc and you should get the option to use it to update your device

    BlackBerry Link.

    Get it from www.blackberry.com/blend.

    3GB is not enough for all the temporary files needed when doing an OTA update.
