Unsupported format, cant play video taken on my bb bold 9900

Hi good afternoon. I'm a newbie here. I've tried to go through to see if i can find anything simmiler.
I've recorded many videos on my bb bold 9900, and everything was ok. Last weekend recorded again and the video doesnt want to play. Its a 19.8mb, 6.47min video. On my phone when play says unsupported format. Its lying as a file vid-20140427-00014.mp4
This video also dont have like the others on properties a item Thumbnail( default) . The thumbnail is blank.
Message i get when try to play is: video being played is of an unsupported format.
I hope any one can help me please.

Probably was corrupted, for one reason or another. I don't see it often, but I've seen it happen. Copy the file to your computer, and try opening it with a desktop video program. I've seen VLC work magic before

I'm having the same problem..
All videos i've taken on previous BlackBerry phones. Torch and bold won't play on z10. I'm thinking it may ha e so thing to do having to change my BlackBerry ID to be non-carrier-based when I went to the z10.

That's really strange...haven't experienced that. We're these 720 or 1080?
