    I used *6 during a webinar to mute my bb. Now I can't unmute it.

    How did you say you muted your Q10?

    To unmute notifications you swipe from the top on the homescreen or hub and go in the notifications menu and remove it from silent or whatever it's on to "Normal"

    For the media just press volume up I guess..
