Hello, I've just bought a blackberry Q10 off of eBay to use as a standard phone (call/texts only) as I really like the keyboard and don't really care about apps or OS. I bought a locked AT&T model, knowing that AT&T is required to unlock devices by law now -- I've done this with several old nokia models as well.

However, AT&T gave me the message that the device is no longer supported, and they can't unlock it. Major bummer, the main reason I bought the phone is kind of useless now.

I'm posting to ask if the Blackberry community knows of another way to unlock this device. I searched for some services online but they all want a minimum of 39.99, which is nearly as much as I spent for the phone. Is there a certain unlocker service that's reliable and cheap? Is there still an official way to unlock the phone through Blackberry/AT&T? Any help would be appreciated as I'm a BB newb.
