    I have an unlocked AT&T Blaclberry Priv imported from US and being used in India. I have not recieved any marshmellow update as of now. Any specific reasons?

    AT&T hasn't released any MM updates.....

    Your phone may be carrier unlocked in that you can use other Networks, but it's still factory locked to AT&T and will only get those updates that AT&T pushes out.

    In india updates are not network carrier dependent.

    Second reason as rightly said in above post.
