Is there any prepaid plans out there that a Blackberry Bold 9650 will work on? I have a brand new unlocked Verizon BB Bold that I would love to be able to use.

The only one that I am aware of is a actual T-Mobile pre-paid plan, if they still have it. They offered BIS thru there pre-paid though, at least within the last couple of years.

OP... just not may BBOS users out there that have signed up for new accounts recently.

T-Mobile seems to be the one that many have had the most success with.
AT&T some say will do BIS pre-paid, but others have been told only post-paid.

But most everyone agrees that none of the low cost 3rd party prepaids offer it anymore.

Me... I can't imagine going back to 3G speeds.
