    After updating my z10 to the latest version the network does not work and writes unknown error. Any help. OS 10.3

    Whats the error? If it is unknown we certainly would not know what it is without being told what it is.

    Power cycle.
    Hard reboot.
    remove SIM and replace.

    Try any of those or all of those. If it still fails reload your original OS.
