I'm thinking of returning my passport and getting a z30. The main reason is the one handed use. I also miss the vkb.

One question though, on my z10 running 10.2.2 the universal search is brilliant. When I updated to 10.3.1, the universal search button launched the assistant, where you had to tap on the screen before the keyboard would appear... very annoying! Also, the previous search wouldn't be cleared when you hit the universal search button again. Also annoying!

My question is, have these issues been resolved on the latest version of 10.3 or is it still like this? The best thing about the passport is that you can just start typing on the keyboard and it automatically brings up US.
