Unable to update Latest OS on my Q10

Hi guys,

Myself very happy to be a member of crack berry. I am crazy of BB.
My BlackBerry Q10 has 10.2.1.3062 software. I am trying to update the latest software 10.3.1779 while my device connected to WiFi. It downloads 1.5 GB and at the end it disconnects with error stating cannot update. I have tried this close to 50 times again I am getting the same error " software update was interrupted. Please try again". I have tried connecting to different WiFi connections, shutdown the phone, remove the battery and restart. But it was of no use. Request you to help me in fixing this issue.

Have you wiped your device before updating? Have you freed up your device memory up to 4gb? If not, then this problem will continue!

1) If your update package size is 1.5 gb your device need an extra 4gb free on the device to successfully install the update. Wipe your device and then go ahead!
2) use BlackBerry link to update.
3) open BlackBerry.com/update on Internet Explorer using PC. Connect your device. Follow instructions .
