unable to turn sound back on in Notifications.

how to turn on sound on torch 9800 in Notifications....the sound ON/off not highlighted therefore inoperable. Phone on vibrate only> Thanks

Have you tried a reboot (or battery pull)?

Did you recently update your OS?
