    My handset was swapped for a faulty device and now when I am trying to setup my email account on the swapped handset, everytime the reply comes "device change failed" or "unable to continue yor session please try again later".i have visited the blackberry service center for this issue and they have to slve this problem. Please suggest me a solution to this problem so that I can setuo my mail account on my device.

    Try doing a hard reset, remove sim and battery & reinsert after a minute. It's a legacy device so you need an active BlackBerry data plan. If you still face issues call up your service provider blackberry support and ask them to help configure your device using your IMEI number for device activation
